We provide a professional image for attendees and aim to help set your business up for success! Vendor positions must be intact when the day opens and promptly broken down at the appointed time at the close of day. Our event staff is not responsible for your merchandise, materials, or personal belongings.

I understand that there are no partial day bookings.

I understand that set-up begins at 7:30am each vending day and must be complete by 8am. NO EXCEPTIONS.

I understand that tear down begins at 3pm each vending day and must be complete by 3:30pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.

I understand that vendor spaces are assigned and are not to be rearranged, swapped, or moved. NO EXCEPTIONS.

I undestand that vendor space includes one (1) standard size 6ft table and two (2) chairs. NO EXCEPTIONS.

I understand that access to electricity is not provded or permitted. NO EXCEPTIONS.

I understand that internet, parking, travel, lodging, meals, set-up, and tear down are all the responsibility of the vendor and are not included in the vendor fee.

I understand that each vendor is permitted one (1) free-standing vertical pop-up banner to display on the side of their vendor table during their vending time only. All banners must be removed from the property at the conclusion of vending activities each day.

I understand that banners may not be hung on the walls, railngs, or any other hotel property--including hotel tablecloths. I understand that vendors are welcome to affix banners to their table provided they bring and utilize their own tablecloths.

I understand that failure to adhere to the vending guidelines set forth may result in forfeiture of any additional vending days purchased an immediate removal from hotel property.

I understand that vendors are responsible for maintaining their vendor space and inventory. Event staff is not responsible for lost or stolen items--personal or products.

I understand that there are no refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS.
