THE ORGANIZATION

Mrs Elemental® USA (formerly named Mrs USA Earth) strives to empower, celebrate, and promote the beauty, intellect, and achievements of married women from across the United States. Our mission is to continue to develop a platform that encourages positive change, fosters personal growth, and advocates for environmental sustainability. We are committed to promoting environmental awareness and preservation, as we believe that protecting our planet is crucial for future generations. Our delegates are encouraged to become advocates and use their voices to raise awareness about environmental issues and promote eco-friendly practices in everyday life.

We wholeheartedly believe that married women are powerful agents of change. Through pageantry, we provide a platform for these women to unleash their full potential and make a meaningful impact in the world, while also showcasing their advocacy efforts, intelligence, and beauty. We believe that beauty encompasses not only physical appearance, but also individuality, inner strength, and compassion.

Mrs Elemental® USA proudly provides a supportive community for married women to connect, inspire, and make a difference in their communities and beyond. We embrace diversity, inclusivity, and equality, and we celebrate the unique qualities and talents of each contestant. We are dedicated to promoting positive body image, self-confidence, self-development, and self-love.

Delegates of Mrs Elemental® USA serve as ambassadors of ICONIC USA—a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and the official philanthropic initiative of Mrs Elemental® USA. The national winner of Mrs Elemental® USA serves as the Chief Ambassador of ICONIC USA during her reign, inspiring change and helping us all to overcome nature's issues collectively.

In order to provide our married delegates with a reign and national competition experience exclusive to their demographic and station in life, the decision was made to allow the Mrs Elemental® USA program to exist as a standalone entity it was originally launched as--independent of any international affiliation, but with the option to compete at the international level if desired. This new era we are entering—produced by Crown Life Productions—allows our participants and their families to enjoy experiences and events that will enhance their national competition week, as well as enrich their reigns as state titleholders. The recently announced affiliation with the Mrs Elemental® international pageant now gives Mrs Elemental® USA a dedicated international competition to advance to if she chooses!

Together, we can create a brighter, more beautiful, and sustainable future for ourselves, our families, and our planet.

KHIA MOON SMITH

Executive Director

Owner - Crown Life Productions

Based in Virginia Beach, Khia Moon Smith is an accomplished pageant director, judge, coach, and competitor. She competed for three years at the Ms. United States pageant and placed top five in multiple circuits including Teen All American and American Coed. As a director and coach, her delegates have won state and national titles. When Laura Clark took over directorship of the Miss Earth USA franchise in 2015, Khia joined the team as stage/production staff for two years--later transitioning to a state director from 2017 to 2019, where her titleholders successfully placed as finalists each year, including one national winner. She joined the Executive Team as the Regional Directors Coordinator in 2019 and was later promoted to Director of Operations in 2021.

In 2015, she exited a successful career in corporate America spanning 15yrs and entered the world of entrepreneurship--launching her brand, K. Cimóne— an exclusive, earth-friendly accessory brand for men and women. In the same year, she also launched Style Syndicated--a boutique styling, design, and production consulting conglomerate. In 2020, during the recent pandemic and out of a need for additional support for families dealing with the transition of their children to a homeschooling environment, Khia founded The Homeschool Alliance--an organization providing families with support, resources, and events to enhance their student's homeschool education experience.

Khia has served on the Executive Council of the Urban League of Hampton Roads Young Professionals and was recognized as a Distinguished Young Professional. She has served as a member of and financial donor to the United Way of South Hampton Roads, the Women’s Leadership Council, and the National Association of Professional Women. In 2021, Khia was named a Top 40 Under 40 honoree by Inside Business Magazine (Hampton Roads). That same year, she was recognized by ACHI Magazine as the 2021 Orator of the Year, in addition to her nominations for Nonprofit Executive of the Year and Woman on the Rise. In 2022, Khia was nominated again by ACHI Magazine for Woman on the Rise, Woman of Achievement, and Author of the Year - for her work "High Tea: Something Like A Memoir."

In her free time, Khia enjoys spending as much time with her three children (Leila/21, Micah /18, and Mason/5) as possible, as well as cooking, meditating by the ocean, and of course cashing in on much-needed naps!

JENNIFER TOSO-KENNA

Assistant National Director

A Midwest transplant, formerly of North Dakota and now of North Carolina, Jennifer Toso-Kenna has spent over 15 years in the pageant and modeling industries. She has held several local, state, and national pageant titles and was first runner up in the 2019 Mrs. Eco International pageant. She modeled in both print and runway as well. In addition, Jennifer has judged numerous pageants, was a state director for six years, and has even been a pageant mom! In 2019, Jennifer used her knowledge of the industry to take on the role of Delegate Coordinator for the Mrs Elemental USA pageant.

Despite retiring from competing, Jennifer continues to be passionate about the environment, promoting her platform "What can one person do," which encourages others to take positive steps toward taking care of Mother Earth, no matter how small those steps seem. One person cannot do everything, but everyone can do something to restore Earth's beauty and natural resources.

Outside of the pageant industry, Jennifer is a high school counselor full time, and a part time group fitness instructor. She strives to empower others and has a genuine desire to see them succeed. She and her husband have even volunteered their time to coach youth recreational softball. She lives with her husband Don of nearly 20 years, their two children Harlee (13) and Kaelen (12), two cats, and the love of all their lives, their one-year-old Golden Retriever, Butters

JENNA MCKINNEY

Delegate Coordinator

Jenna has over 10 years of experience in the pageant and modeling industries. She has held several Miss state titles as well as worked behind the scenes for multiple national pageants.

She joins the team with expertise in delegate communications, recruiting, wardrobe, and stage management. She values making all delegates feel included and empowered during their reign. She’s always ready to keep it real and put a smile on your face!

When not handling pageant business, Jenna proudly serves as a military spouse to her husband, Lucas, and mom to their son Fox (1). They are also fur-parents to two dogs, Breck and Fort, as well as a cat, Scout.

AMY KEED

Public Relations

Amy Keed is a beauty entrepreneur--recently name the Top 40 under 40 by Entrepreneur magazine, a fashion model, and an internationally published author. She is the visionary behind Keed Cosmetics--a passionate beauty line that offers botanical skincare, paraben-free and sulfate-free haircare, bodycare, and makeup for everyone. Her dedication to her craft and communities worldwide is evident through her philanthropic efforts and support for various organizations. Amy has been showcased at New York Fashion Week and Las Vegas Fashion & Swim Week.

Amy is a legacy titleholder, serving as Mrs USA Earth Water 2023, following her reign as Mrs Nevada USA Earth.
Amy is also a cancer advocate, family portrait photographer, and business owner, embodying a multifaceted approach to her entrepreneurial journey.

MEREDITH POPE

Entry & New Delegate Onboarding

As a Georgia native Meredith grew up competing in pageants. She is the only woman in Georgia history to have won Miss Georgia Teen USA, Miss
Georgia USA and Miss Georgia America, however her most prized title was that of Mrs. USA Earth 2021. During her reign, Meredith wrote two environmentally focused children’s books: I am NOT Trash and Earth Girl--both of which can be found all over the world!

Meredith currently serves on the board of directors for the Atlanta Dancing Stars for Alzheimer’s and can be found most weekends participating in beach or river clean-ups with her two children and husband Tom.

ELIZABETH WILLIAMSON

Royalty Coordinator

Originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia, Elizabeth lived in London, England during middle school and attended high school in Italy. She fondly remembers kayaking down the Danube River while visiting her ancestral region of Germany before returning to Virginia where she met her husband of 27 years. They enjoy travelling, especially to San Diego to take in the zoo and excursions of the Safari Park and embarking on regional trips that focus on the flora and fauna of the area they are visiting. She is a devoted Aunt to her nieces and nephews who she helps develop their own love for animals and nature with adventures to aquariums, petting zoos, horseback riding, farm outings and especially beach cleanups they eagerly seek out and say, “to save the ocean creatures.”

She had an incredible experience with the outgoing titleholders of 2023 Mrs USA Earth immersing her in the wonderful side of pageantry; the comradery and kindness the delegates have for each other. Elizabeth brings her attention to detail, uncompromising integrity, loyalty, and work ethic to the pageant community to support and encourage the titleholders in their tremendous endeavors.

KEYACE SIMS

Sponsorships & Promotions

Keyace Sims graduated from Florida International University with her bachelor's degree in both Economics and International Relations. She is a 19 year veteran, still serving in the United States Air Force Reserves and is a full-time performing artist with over 13 years of showtime experience.

Keyace has held several pageant titles throughout the years, her highest being her win at nationals to become your Elite Miss Earth USA 2018.

Keyace advocates for peaceful anti-bullying environments for both humans and wildlife, founding her club Buddy over Bullies, where she encourages everyone to help do their part in not being a bystander but instead a helper. Keyace loves seeking out adventures and smiles at all times; She truly takes advantage of many of life's opportunities so that she can live her life to the fullest.

SADY LY

Pageant Partnerships

Based in Minneapolis, Sady Ly has always had a love for pageantry. Her love came from shared memories with her Grandmother, a former Miss Thailand.

Being a first generation U.S citizen on her dad’s side, it was important for Sady to continue to promote and educate the general public about food waste and sustainability- this included many partnerships with her local food banks, organized volunteer events with “Feed My Starving Children” along with many donations to “No Kid Hungry” and “Feeding America”.

Beyond pageantry and platforms, Sady is a School Manager and Instructor for her family’s beauty school. Her goal is to help young adults in underserved and marginalized communities gain new skills, empowerment through education and further constructruction of their entrepreneurial skills- to allow them financial freedom.

She is a mom to a beautiful boy, William (2). They love to spend their free time supporting local businesses, visiting with family and friends, or a nice stroll around the Mall of America.
