During her reign, Mrs Elemental® USA Air will work alongside ICONIC USA to lead in planning and execution of the annual ICON Awards & Gala, benefitting ICONIC USA. The ICON Awards & Gala is a fundraiser event that recognizes individual, organization, and business ICONS who are leaders in their industry and help to further the mission of ICONIC USA!
With a heart as big as her dedication, Dr. Jennifer Blake serves her community as a compassionate Family Medicine physician. She proudly champions her platform, Healthy Planet, Healthy People: Thriving Together, uniting her passion for healing with her commitment to protecting our planet.
A proud wife, mother of four, and commissioned officer in the United States Air Force Reserves, Jennifer is humbled to represent the Old Line State as Mrs Elemental® Maryland, and now, Mrs Elemental® USA Air, sharing the vital message that planetary health and human wellness go hand in hand.

Mrs Elemental® USA Water 2026
During her reign, Mrs Elemental® USA Water Water will help to further the mission of ICONIC USA and Mrs Elemental® USA by working alongside leadership with the planning and promotion of the annual ICONIC USA mission week this Summer!
Ashley Bausemer is the founder of the STEM Power program--an educational program designed to inspire young girls to pursue science, technology, engineering, and math while supporting Mrs Elemental® USA’s mission of sustainability and earth-focused leadership.
She is the Finance Director at a leading robotics company, where she merges innovation with strategic financial guidance. Ashley lives in Salem, MA with her husband Jon and their two dachshunds, bringing sparkle, purpose, and heart to every part of her life’s work.

During her reign, Mrs Elemental® USA Fire will continue carrying on ICONIC Moments via the Mrs Elemental® USA Fire Instagram page--highlighting ICONS in business and in the community who are helping to further the mission of ICONIC USA!
Katie Gross is a wife of 16 years, mother of two, entrepreneur, and the owner of Suburban Lash & Beauty in northeast Ohio. A lash extension guru, certified trainer, and international judge, she’s been featured in top industry magazines and books for her expertise. Her salon’s eco-friendly approach earned a 2024 Sustainable Green Business Award and inspires much of her work.
Through her platform, In Broad Daylight, Katie lifts up women and girls making an impact and supports environmental efforts, including planting thousands of trees through One Tree Planted. When she isn’t mentoring or creating, she’s playing pickleball, podcasting, riding her Vespa, diamond painting, or finding new ways to spark change in her community.
