Cancellation Policy

--Delegates MUST ensure their hair & makeup is "DIY"...meaning she has done it herself and not via MUA --Delegates MUST arrive in her opening number wardrobe and wear her sash, or she will not be permitted into the photo shoot. --This activity is a CLOSED activity--meaning Delegates only. Guests are not permitted within the shoot room or outside in the hallway, and will be required to wait in the lobby if violating this policy. --Delegates must not arrive more than 5mins prior to their scheduled shoot time.
